How long does a visit take?
Most guided tours take about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how many exhibits you’d like to explore. Come with questions — our Brand Ambassadors love a deep dive.
Does it cost anything to visit?
No — visits to the Daikin Seattle Experience Center are completely free. Book ahead so we can tailor the tour to your home and comfort goals.
Can I buy equipment at the center?
The Experience Center is a hands-on education space, not a store. When you’re ready, we’ll connect you with an authorized Daikin Dealer who will handle sizing, quoting, and installation.
I’m an HVAC contractor — can I bring my customers?

Jem was a wonderful guide to the Daikin Seattle Experience Center. She was patient explaining the different options available, and made a point of showing how the systems work, and why a homeowner might be interested in adding or switching to a heat pump HVAC system. Great experience at Daikin Seattle Experience Center: pre-purchase demos of home heating system (Daikin Fit), list of HVAC companies, working Daikin staff and external contractors to ensure highest quality. This experience sets the bar of how any home HVAC experience should be. Have got the Daikin Fit installed and so far seems to work very well — quiet, good home heating in peak winter; Functionality of Daikin thermostat and the iPhone app makes it very easy to use.
