The Experience Center
Daikin Seattle Experience Center operates an educational, hands-on showroom in Tukwila, WA where visitors can explore Daikin HVAC technology. We do not sell, install, or service HVAC equipment directly — visitors who wish to purchase or install a system are connected with an independent, authorized Daikin Dealer, who is solely responsible for any quote, sale, installation, and service they provide.
Scheduling & Visits
Experience Center visits are scheduled based on availability through our online booking tool. We make every effort to accommodate scheduled visit times, but availability may change.

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date:

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us directly, and we ask that you try that first. If a dispute can't be resolved informally within 30 days, you and Daikin Seattle Experience Center agree that it will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Daikin Seattle Experience Center each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the email address below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Daikin Seattle Experience Center regarding your use of our website and Experience Center, and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
